Dr. Peter Dwyer is a General Dental Surgeon with over 32 years’ experience running clinics in Westmeath, London and Dublin. He gained his qualifications in dentistry at the Dublin Dental Hospital, Trinity College in 1987, and for the past 17 years has provided general and emergency dentistry at Frederick Dental Clinic.

Both adults and children have praised him for his relaxed and informal approach to dentistry and he enjoys helping nervous patients overcome their fears. Before your treatment begins Peter will ensure you know all the details about what will happen at each stage of your treatment. He will also answer all of your questions and make sure you feel relaxed and free of dental anxiety before treatment starts.

Dr. Peter Dwyer has a Certificate in Orthodontics from Warwick University awarded in 2015 and now provides Adult and Child Orthodontics in his practice. He recently gained a distinction in his Postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics from the University of Glasgow and was awarded a Gold Medal for academic excellence. Dr. Peter Dwyer has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Endodontics (Root Canals) 2019.
